Sample Work

I lead marketing and growth initiatives that turn vision into measurable impact. I specialize in building integrated campaigns that connect emotionally, expand reach, and mobilize communities around mission-driven work.

Collaboration is central to my approach — the strongest ideas emerge when teams align across functions, perspectives, and platforms.

  • Purpose-Driven Leadership

I integrate marketing, communications, and development into a unified strategy — breaking down silos and building systems that drive revenue, relevance, and reach.

Global Campaigns

Launched Walk for Women, Soroptimist’s first global movement campaign — activating supporters across 21 countries and generating 3.5M+ impressions in its inaugural year.

Architected a dual-growth strategy combining peer-to-peer fundraising and strategic brand partnerships to diversify revenue and expand reach. Collaborations with Nick Stenson Beauty, TD Bank, and Best Access Doors amplified visibility and unlocked new funding streams. Through multilingual toolkits, branded merchandise, and a scalable digital platform, Walk for Women strengthened global brand equity while empowering local clubs to activate their communities — driving both grassroots engagement and sustainable growth.

Digital Marketing

As part of ASPCA’s marketing and development leadership team, I played a key role in shaping Barred from Love, a national digital advocacy campaign that mobilized Millennials to end puppy mills — generating 10.5M+ impressions, 1.5M social actions, and earning a Shorty Award in six months.

Working across communications, development, digital, and creative teams, we reframed long-standing anti–puppy mill advocacy for a new generation — blending culturally relevant storytelling, celebrity partnership, and behaviorally informed digital tools to drive measurable engagement. A collaboration with nine-time Grammy nominee Sia significantly expanded visibility and reach..

Strategic Partnerships

Directed a national digital activation with Mike’s Hard Lemonade® that raised $75K and generated 3M+ impressions in six weeks.

At the ASPCA, I led the strategy and creative direction for a multi-channel campaign that combined matched giving, product-linked donations, and a live-streamed adoptable puppy pool party. Working in close partnership with cross-functional teams across communications, development, and program, we built a campaign designed to deepen emotional connection while delivering measurable results for both the brand and our mission. This initiative reflects my broader experience partnering with brands and influencers to drive revenue, engagement, and mission visibility at scale.

Capital Campaigns

Led Soroptimist’s first-ever capital campaign, raising nearly $5M and increasing new donor participation by 40%—expanding access to education for 500,000 women and girls.

Championed the Dream Big campaign with an integrated campaign strategy designed to connect across 21 countries and deepen digital engagement. Through close cross-functional collaboration—spanning marketing, fundraising, programs, and IT—we built a multilingual platform and launched a global outreach effort. The campaign culminated in a virtual celebration featuring Malala Yousafzai as our headline speaker. Strategic partnerships with donors and brands fueled the campaign’s reach and momentum, making it a powerful expression of shared purpose and collective impact.

Let’s build what’s next.
